PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are
FighterFlight is owned and operated by Oaisis Media Group LLC ("we", "us"). For the personal data described in this notice, Oaisis Media Group LLC is the data controller — we decide how and why your data is processed.
2. Data we collect and why
- Account data — your email address, display name (callsign) and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Profile and gameplay data — your rank, Wings Points, badge selection, settings and match preferences. Used to provide game features and remember your choices. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Support messages — if you contact us, we keep the correspondence to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Usage and device data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and gameplay telemetry. Used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Payment card and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe (our payment provider), not by us, when you buy a membership.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers — hosting, authentication and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Stripe — our payment provider, for the sale of memberships, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
- Authorities — where we are required to do so by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If you are in the UK/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; we respond to rights requests within one month. To exercise any right, contact us using the details on our website.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can see personal data.
8. Cookies and local storage
The Service uses essential browser storage (cookies and local storage) to keep you signed in and remember your game settings — these are required for the game to function and cannot be switched off. We do not use marketing cookies. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out and reset local preferences.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
